Description

MEDITE SMARTPLY are seeking to appoint one or more suitably qualified service providers to deliver finished products to its Irish customer base using FTL Road Freight service for the contract period 2026–2029. The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is to identify service providers that can meet MEDITE SMARTPLY's requirements and, subject to the number of suitably qualified applicants, to establish a shortlist of candidates to be invited to tender for the contract. The information requested in this questionnaire will be used solely to assess the suitability of applicants for progression to the tender stage. For those who are successful they will be issued a detailed tender document with all the relevant information will be shared. We would expect a maximum of 8 candidates will progress to tender stage; however, MS has the right to revise this number based on the level of proposals received. Applicants are required to complete the list of Irish Counties (Including NI) provided in Section B1, Table 2 and 3 (Page 25 and 26). This table must be completed accurately and in full.
