Description

SMARTPLY Europe DAC is seeking suitably qualified engineering companies to modify and install an upgraded Air Extraction Duct system in the Coating Line and T+G (Tongue + Groove) area of the plant at our site in Belview Port, Slieverue, via Waterford (X91 PX75). This system is required to improve airflow in the ducts and provide separate Bag House connections for each production line. All ducting and final detailed drawings will be supplied by Scheuch GmbH (Free Issue to the Contractor). The Contractor is responsible for all installation, bracketry, lifting, safety documentation, and associated works as detailed below. It is envisaged that the works will take place during SmartPly’s Annual Shutdown: 24th August – 4th September 2026, with pre-shutdown works permitted in the weeks prior. Due to the nature of works as set out in this tender and other maintenance + construction activity being carried out on site, these have been deemed to be "CONSTRUCTION WORK" as per the HSA's Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
