Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'accord cadre à bons de commande multi attributaire visant à assister 13 Habitat pour le recrutement de certains profils cadres/cadres dirigeants et/ou des métiers en tension pour lesquels la DRH rencontre des difficultés à trouver les candidats recherchés. Elle est décomposée en 2 lots : Lot 1: Fonctions support Lot 2: Fonctions techniques du bâtiment et spécifiques au logement social Elle est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres restreint (Article R2124-2 2° - Code de la commande publique): Phase 1 : Sélection des candidats admis à remettre une offre (en cours). Phase 2 : Remise des offres et choix de l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse (phase ultérieure). La sélection des candidatures et des offres sera effectuée par application des critères de jugement définis dans le présent règlement de la consultation
