Description
Le présent marché a pour objet les prestations relatives aux travaux d'entretien courant, de réparation, de rénovation et/ou création des réseaux collectifs de réception de la télévision, des installations d'interphonie et de contrôle d'accès du patrimoine de 13 HABITAT, hors réseaux câblés pour les travaux d'installations de Télévision. Les prestations sont réparties en 3 lots ci-après définis. Chaque lot prendra la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, conclu sans minimum et avec maximum. Les prestations concernent : - L'entretien courant et réparation, qui consistent aux travaux nécessaires pour le bon fonctionnement des installations existantes de télévision, d'interphonie et de contrôle d'accès; - La rénovation qui consiste à la réfection totale ou partielle par entrée d'immeuble ou par cité des installations existantes de télévision, d'interphonie et de contrôle d'accès; - La création consiste à l'installation complète d'une installation de télévision ou d système d'interphonie et/ou de contrôle d'accès
