Le présent marché a pour objet l'entretien et le dépannage des systèmes de fermeture automatique : - La maintenance préventive (entretien) fait l'objet d'un forfait annuel ; - La maintenance corrective (dépannage) fera l'objet de bons de commande ; - L'installation de systèmes fera l'objet de bons de commande. Le présent marché prévoit notamment : - De conserver le niveau de sécurité des équipements, - De maintenir dans le temps les performances des équipements, - L'entretien et le maintien en parfait état de fonctionnement des équipements (visites préventives systématiques et correctives effectives), - D'assurer une qualité de service aux utilisateurs, - D'assurer la remise en état des matériels ou équipements, - La rapidité d'intervention, la qualité de services - le dépannage 24h/24 - 365 jours par an, - La pose d'équipements
