Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour les renforcements structurels et reprise en sous-oeuvre du patrimoine 13 Habitat. La mission du maître d'oeuvre sera déclinée en marchés subséquents. Les missions qui pourront être confiées au titulaire sont notamment les suivantes : - Avant-projet sommaire (APS) ; - Avant-projet définitif (APD) ; - Études de projet (PRO) ; - Assistance à la passation des marchés de travaux (AMT) ; - Études d'exécution partielles y compris VISA (EXE partielles + VISA) ; - Direction de l'exécution des travaux (DET) ; - Assistance aux opérations de réception y compris DOE (AOR) ; - Missions complémentaires : Diagnostic (DIAG) + Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination (OPC) + Produits, Équipements, Matériaux, Déchets (PEMD) Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité d'ajouter d'autres missions complémentaires à l'occasion des marchés subséquents sans impact sur le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre. Le cas échéant, ces missions seront définies et chiffrées dans un marché subséquent spécifique
