Description
Accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents en vue de la démolition de 171 logements répartis dans 8 bâtiments dans le quartier Barriol à Arles. Le projet comporte des enjeux environnementaux particuliers compte tenu de la présence d'espèces protégées sur site. Le titulaire devra être accompagné d'un écologue spécialisé en chiroptérologie et ornithologie pour la défavoralibilisation des façades. Le 1er marché subséquent, lancé simultanément à l'accord-cadre, concerne la démolition de la Tour A (40 logements répartis sur 10 étages). Une visite facultative des lieux est prévue le 12/05/2026 (cf. règlement consultation)
