La consultation est traitée en marchés séparés, allotis comme suit : 1 - Assurance RESPONSABILITÉ CIVILE GÉNÉRALE 2 - Assurance FLOTTE AUTOMOBILE ET AUTOMOBILE-MISSION 3 - Assurances CONSTRUCTION (DO, CNR, TRC, CCRD) 4 - Assurance RESPONSABILITE CIVILE DES DIRIGEANTS 5 - Assurance INDIVIDUELLE ACCIDENTS CORPORELS DES ADMINISTRATEURS 6 - Assurance PROTECTION JURIDIQUE 7 - Assurance RESPONSABILITÉS ATTEINTES A L'ENVIRONNEMENT Pour l'ensemble des lots, à l'exception du lot n°3, la consultation donnera lieu à la conclusion de marchés ordinaires. Le lot n°3 est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre, au sens de l'article R.2162-2, al. 2, du Code de la commande publique.
