La consultation a pour objet de sélectionner, pour le compte d'Habitat Réuni et des organismes associés participants, un ou plusieurs prestataires chargés de la gestion, de l'optimisation et du suivi de la taxe foncière sur les propriétés bâties (TFPB), en deux lots : o Lot 1 : mise à disposition d'une solution digitale de gestion de la fiscalité foncière bâtie (service SaaS). o Lot 2 : identification, dépôt et suivi des dégrèvements TFPB, optimisation et sécurisation des exonérations, et accompagnement des équipes vers l'autonomie, en quatre volets (A : dossiers simples, B : dossiers complexes avec mandat de représentation, C : exonérations et abattements, D : accompagnement des équipes).
