Accord-cadre avec émission de bons de commande passé selon la procédure d'Appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles R.2124-2-1° et R.2131-16-1°, R.2161-1 à R.2161-5, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 et 14 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent accord-cadre n'est pas alloti. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une période ferme de 12 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2025 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est ultérieure. Il pourra être renouvelé pour une durée de 12 mois par reconduction expresse trois fois au maximum, soit une durée totale maximale du marché de 48 mois
