Description
Le présent accord-cadre est lancé selon une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles R.2124-2-1° et R.2131-16-1° du Code de la Commande Publique du 05/12/2018 applicable au 01/04/2019. Conformément aux articles R.2162-1 à 6 du Code de la Commande Publique, l'accord-cadre sera à bons de commande multi-attributaire pour les lots 1 et 2 et à un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire pour le lot 3. Le descriptif des prestations est décrit dans le cahier des clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) commun à l'ensemble des lots ainsi que le Bordereau des Prix Unitaire (BPU) à chaque lot, joint au dossier de consultation des entreprises. Les lots 1 et 2 font l'objet d'une clause d'insertion par l'économie. Le lot n°3 fait l'objet d'un marché réservé
