La présente consultation est lancée selon une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux dispositions des articles R.2124-2-1°, R.2131-16-1°, R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 code de la commande publique du 05/12/2018 applicable au 01/04/2019. Le marché est dévolu en lot unique au sens de l'article L2113-11 2° du Code de la Commande Publique puisque la dévolution en lots séparés est de nature à restreindre la concurrence et risquerait de rendre financièrement plus coûteuse l'exécution des prestations
