La présente consultation est lancée selon une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles R.2124-2-1° et R.2131-16-1°, R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Ce marché est un accord-cadre mono attributaire avec émission de bons de commande avec un montant minimum annuel HT et un montant maximum annuel HT, et est passé en vertu des dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 et 14 du Code de la commande publique. Au titre de cet accord-cadre, la Ville de Grand Quevilly aura la possibilité, de commander les articles prévus au Bordereau de Prix Unitaires.
