Le descriptif des fournitures et prestations est décrit dans le Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP) ainsi que le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU), joints au dossier de consultation des entreprises. Le marché est un accord-cadre mono attributaire avec émission de bons de commande sans montant minimum annuel HT et avec un montant maximum annuel HT, et est passé en vertu des dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 et 14 du Code de la commande publique.
