Birmingham City Council (The Council) requires supplier(s) for the provision of two academic evaluations as per the below 2 lots: 1. The Birmingham Cultural Intelligence Pathway 2. The Birmingham Cultural Humility and Safety Training Pathway This work has been split into two key strands - Cultural Intelligence and Cultural Humility and Safety. i. Cultural Intelligence focuses on the strategic and leadership approaches to cultural inclusion, fairness and respect at a population or strategic level. ii. Cultural Humility and Safety focuses on person-to-person interaction and cultural fairness, inclusion, and respect between two people, whether as client and service provider, peers or employer and line manager. Cultural Humility and Safety training is for everyone. Communities, front line staff, managers and leaders can all benefit as it aims to develop the skills and awareness to facilitate personal interactions that acknowledge and respect cultural differences.
