P0550 - OPEN Application To Join A Flexible Contracting Arrangement For The Provision Of Placements In Residential Children's Homes

Description

Birmingham Children's Trust wishes to establish a West Midlands Flexible Contracting Arrangement (FCA) for the provision of Placements in Residential Children's Homes. The FCA will be established on the following basis: • Category 1 - Provision of Placements in Residential Children's Homes for Children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) • Category 2 - Provision of Placements in Residential Children's Homes for Children with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Challenging Behaviour • Category 3 - Provision of Placements in Residential Children's Homes for Children with Complex Health Need • Category 4 - Provision of Placements in Residential Children's Homes for Children who require Specialist Mental Health Services Flexible Contracting Arrangement shall commence on 17th December 2018 and will remain open for applications until December 2021 without the need for either party to give notice, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.
