Description
Birmingham City Council (BCC) is leading a joint procurement with Birmingham Children's Trust (BCT) to establish contracts for the provision of Short Break Services. The Services will be for Birmingham City Council and Birmingham Children's Trust as follows: Contracts with Birmingham City Council; o Lot 1 - Universal Brokerage: Development of universal short breaks to create inclusive and accessible short breaks for all disabled children in Birmingham. Aims to support community-based providers, address service gaps, facilitate collaboration, and establish a centralised resource for families. o Lot 2 - Targeted Short Breaks: Services for disabled children with more complex needs, offering dedicated activities to accommodate the needs of children, young people, and their families with reserved capacity for BCT to make referrals as detailed in Lot 2 Service specification.
