Description
NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (CW ICB) are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a comprehensive Pre-Front Door Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) model across Coventry and Warwickshire. This model requires a single, accountable Lead Provider in each of the two geographical areas: Coventry (Lot 1) and Warwickshire (Lot 2) The appointed Lead Providers will be responsible for the end-to-end design, mobilisation, delivery, clinical governance and continuous improvement of a whole-system urgent care pathway spanning NHS 111 interfaces, GP out of hours, UTC/MIU, ambulance conveyance alternatives, Emergency Department front-door streaming, same-day emergency care, diagnostics, community response and neighbourhood urgent care pathways. The ICB is not seeking a provider of isolated urgent care components. It is seeking an organisation with the scale, capability, and system leadership to deliver an integrated Lead Provider model.
