Description
Afin d'entretenir le patrimoine et d'assurer la sécurité des usagers, il convient de réparer les ouvrages d'art du Département des Pyrénées-Orientales. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les travaux sont répartis en 5 lots géographiques qui feront l'objet chacun d'un accord-cadre L'accord-cadre sera passé avec un seuil minimum et maximum et exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
