Description
Cette consultation est un concours d'architecture et d'ingénierie sur Esquisse concernant la reconversion du couvent des carmélites en Office Intercommunal de Tourisme (OIT) - Marché de Maîtrise d'oeuvre. Dans le cadre de l'Opération Grand Site, la Ville a réhabilité la rue du Pont vieux et a engagé une campagne de ravalement obligatoire des façades. Elle a réalisé des études de faisabilité et de programmation de l'ancien couvent des Carmélites pour y installer l'Office Intercommunal du Tourisme (OIT). Ces travaux sont estimés à 2 900 000 euros HT. Ils comprennent mobiliers et aménagements scénographiques. S'agissant d'une opération de réhabilitation d'un bâtiment, la Commune n'est pas tenue d'organiser un concours de maitrise d'oeuvre. Cependant, compte tenu de l'enjeu du projet, il apparait opportun de s'y soumettre. Aussi, à l'issue d'une première sélection sur références, compétences et moyens, trois candidats au maximum seront retenus et devront produire une esquisse qui sera présentée au jury de concours pour un rendu souhaité au 31 octobre 2024. Ce travail sera rémunéré par une prime d'un montant maximal de 17 500 Euros HT.
