Description
La commune de Carcassonne recourt à des sociétés de sécurité privée pour assurer la sécurité de certains lieux publics ou l’organisation et le déroulement de diverses manifestations. La consultation comporte deux lots : Lot 01. Gardiennage et surveillance de sites autour de manifestations évènementielles et des parkings ; Lot 02. Sécurité des spectacles : sites, artistes et public. Pour permettre aux candidats de connaître l’étendue des besoins à satisfaire, le bordereau de prix de chaque lot indique les sites et évènements qui nécessitent le recours aux services de sociétés de sécurité privée ainsi que les heures effectuées par leurs agents en 2024. La consultation donnera lieu à deux accords-cadres mono attributaires avec un montant minimum et un montant maximum. Ils seront conclus pour une durée de 4 ans à compter du 1er mars 2026.
