Description
Dans l’objectif de s’inscrire dans une démarche solidaire, raisonnée et efficace de Gestion Urbaine de Proximité, ALOGEA et la Ville ont créé un groupement de commandes, dont le coordonateur est la Ville, permettant à chacun de ses membres de signer un accord-cadre à hauteur de ses besoins propres avec un attributaire commun. Il s’agit d’un marché de services d’insertion et de qualification professionnelle réservé à des structures d'insertion par l'activité économique mentionnées à l'article L. 5132-4 du code du travail et à des structures équivalentes, dont les prestations support consistent en l’entretien des voiries et des espaces verts du quartier. Conformément à l’article R2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique, le marché relevant des services sociaux fait l’objet d’une procédure adaptée. Le marché prendra la forme d’un accord cadre exécuté par bons de commande et conclu avec un opérateur unique. L’accord-cadre sera conclu à compter de sa notification et jusqu’au 31 décembre 2027.
