Upphandlingen avser avtal för avrop av löpande service- och underhållsarbeten avseende VS-arbeten med utförande i enlighet med handlingar förtecknade under AFB.22 för tre (3) av Bostads AB Poseidons distrikt. Löpande service- och underhållsuppdrag avseende VS-arbeten i beställarens bestånd består till största del av blandarbyten, WC-byten, byte tvättställ, reparation av läckande avlopp, avloppsstopp och kalla radiatorer samt övriga reparationsarbeten och felsökning.
