Description

Projektet är ett stamrenoveringsprojekt. Samtliga tappvatten- och avloppsstammar, ventilationssystem samt elstammar har uppnått eller passerat sin tekniska livslängd. Dessutom är ytskikt, såsom golv, tak och väggar, nedslitet och i behov av uppfräschning. I projektet ingår även konvertering av lokaler till lägenheter samt renovering av tak och brandsäkringsförbättrande åtgärder.
