Description
Bostads AB Poseidon avser upphandla en leverantör som har god och mångsidig kompetens inom fastighetsteknik och avhjälpande underhåll av fastigheter, samt tillräcklig kapacitet att tillgodose verksamhetens behov av akut avhjälpande underhåll under jourtid. Spetskompetens krävs inom VVS och el. I uppdraget ingår även att leverantören ska erbjuda utstationering och inhämtning av tillfälliga ersättningsvitvaror dygnet runt, inklusive lagerhållning och övriga omkostnader.
