Description
Fastigheten på Mandolingatan 39–43 ska genomgå en totalrenovering med stambyte, nya elinstallationer, renovering av badrum och vissa kök samt nytt ventilationssystem. Fasader och balkonger förstärks, tilläggsisoleras och kläs med plåt, taket renoveras och förbereds för solceller och alla fönster byts.
