Description
Upphandlingen avser avtal för avrop av byggservice med utförande i enlighet med handlingar förtecknade under AFB.22 för hela Bostads AB Poseidons fastighetsbestånd. Delområden: Fastighetsbeståndet har delats in i geografiska delområden. Varje geografiskt delområde utvärderas separat. Totalt avser Bostads AB Poseidon att teckna sju (7) ramavtal, ett för respektive geografiskt delområde. Anbudsgivare får lämna anbud på ett eller flera delområden. Anbudsgivare kan antas för ett eller flera delområden, dock maximalt två (2) delområden. Det föregående gäller med undantag i händelse av att det endast finns ett kvalificerat anbud på det aktuella delområdet. Under alla omständigheter kan maximalt fyra (4) delområden tilldelas för en och samma anbudsgivare.
