Arbetena omfattar: - Utvändiga/invändiga åtgärder på byggnader m.m. tex. vattenskador, provisoriska byggnationer, dörrbyten, rep./byte av köksksåp m.m. - Entreprenader vid om-, till- och nybyggnationer - Så kallade ”funktionsgarantifel” med vilket avses vissa specificerade fel som innebär avsaknad av funktion enligt 13.8 Funktionsgarantifel. -Uppdrag enligt MEPS-kalkyl Avrop av uppdrag skall ske skriftligen, se punkt AFC/AFD.43. Beställaren använder sig av MEPS-kalkyler vid beställning, framförallt vid vattenskador, eller enstaka renoveringar av lgh. Beställaren väljer om Meps-Kalkyl eller löpande räkning ska användas
