Description
Upphandlingen gäller köparens behov av rondering, stationär bevakning, larmut-ryckning, upplåsning av lägenheter och störningsjour inklusive Contact center. Rondering avser fasta eller tillfälliga rundor. Störningsjour: Leverantören ska kunna ta emot samtal gällande störningsjouren (störningar som hyresgäster och andra kan ge upphov till). Larmutryckning då larm förmedlas via köparen eller på annat sätt. För närvarande har beställaren larm på huvudkontoret, samt på tuna kontoret. Upplåsning av lägenheter då hyresgästen tappat/glömt nyckel. Görs mot kostnad direkt mot hyresgästen. Stationär bevakning består exempelvis vid ordningsproblem/brandbevakning i ett bostadsområde med ordningsvakt och/eller väktare står till förfogande enligt överenskommelse mellan parterna
