Description
I huvudsak omfattas objektet av följande: Helrenovering av yttertak inkl. nytt fläktrum, fasad, utfackningsväggar och trapphus. Byte av fönster, fönsterdörrar samt balkong och loftgångsräcken. Även byte av lägenhetsdörrar och portar till trapphus. Nya fläktrum och driftsutrymmen utförs på tak. Lägenheter förses med separata till- och frånlufts system med värmeåtervinning av typen FTX. Separata Kanaler till köksfläktar ut på yttertak inkl. ny fläktkåpa. Utvändig miljö förses med nya dränering- och dagvattenledningar. Även helt upprustade gårdar, genomfartsgator, planteringar samt lek- och uteplatser till lägenheter. Antal byggnader: 14 st Antal lägenheter: 148 st exl. allmänna utrymmen.
