Description

Upphandlingen avser ramavtal avseende flytt- och transporttjänster inom Lulebos fastighetsbestånd i Luleå kommun. Lulebo avser teckna avtal med en (1) leverantör. Flytt tjänsterna består av flytt- och transporttjänster av bohag (inklusive och exklusiv packning), samt tömning, packning, flytt och magasinering av exempelvis övergivna bohag och transporter av företags inventarier och annat lösöre som B önskar få transporterat/flyttat. Utöver flytt- och transporttjänster kan det även ingå nedmontering, uppmontering, emballering, packning och uppackning och andra anknutna tjänster. En flyttning kan innebära många olika scenarier ex. att det flyttas inom en korridor, mellan våningsplan i en byggnad, evakuerings flyttar av hyresgästernas bohag osv.
