Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal avseende städning i enskilda utrymmen såsom bo-städer och lokaler inom Lulebos fastighetsbestånd i Luleå kommun. Lulebo avser teckna avtal med två (2) leverantör. Städtjänsterna kan inbegripa flytt- och kompletteringsstädning, städning efter re-parationsarbeten m.m. B äger och förvaltar cirka 160 fastigheter som består av 7 700 bostadslägenheter och 150 kommersiella lokaler, i de flesta av Luleås stadsdelar, samt i Antnäs och Råneå. Avtalet omfattar inte hyresgästlokaler eller andra gemensamma lokaler.
