Description

I huvudsak omfattas objektet av följande arbeten: ROT-renovering av befintligt hyreshus. Nytt valmat sadeltak (idag inåtlutande), nytt ventilationssystem, nytt fläktrum på yttertak. Ny El-installation, ny VS-installation. Nya inglasade balkonger mot innergård. Nya entrétak och ramper mot Tullgatan. Nya fönster och dörrar i fasad, omputsning och omfärgning av fasader i entréplan. Förändrad planlösning i entréplan (idag lokaler för socialförvaltningens verksamheter) och mindre planlösningsförändringar i källare, övriga våningar uppåt endast ytskiktsrenovering. Nya kök i alla lägenheter. Anslutning/sammanbyggnad mot annexet på innergården rivs. Markarbeten.
