Detta dynamiska inköpssystem innefattar en stor del av Luleå kommuns kommande behov av upphandlingskonsulter. Älvsbyns kommun kan komma att självständigt eller tillsammans med Luleå kommun göra specifika avrop från denna DIS. Uppdragen förväntas kunna utföras på distans men enstaka uppdrag i specifika avrop kan kräva närvaro hos beställaren eller annan plats kopplad till uppdraget.
