Description
Upphandlingen avser avtal avseende takskottning (helt eller delvis), nedtagning av hängdrivor samt istappar, rensning av is från tak, via avrop, inom Lulebos fas-tighetsbestånd i Luleå kommun. Lulebo avser teckna avtal med tre (3) leverantö-rer, om så många kan antas. Bortforsling av nedskottad snö med maskin ingår ej, utan ska samordnas med Lu-lebos entreprenör på skötsel – snö. Manuell flyttning av snö och is som landat på trottoar eller framför port ingår. Arbeten som omfattas av denna upphandling kan komma att utföras i egen regi av B eller av annat bolag i B:s koncern. Det är inte alla tak som behöver skottas varje år. Vissa tak skottas delvis eller inte alls. Under de senaste 5 åren har kostnaden för takskottning, nedtagning av hängdrivor och istappar varierat mellan 200.000 kr till 10 miljoner. Volymen för avrop skiftar från år till år och Lulebo garanterar därför ingen bestämd avrops volym
