Description
AB Bostaden genomför upphandlingen på uppdrag av byggherrarna enligt AFA.11 i bilaga 6.1 Administrativa föreskrifter Projektet omfattar nybyggnation av kontorshus och parkeringshus på Kv. Renen i Umeå kommun. Kontorshuset omfattar nybyggnation av kontorshus med tillhörande markarbeten. BTA är ca 11 800kvm. Nybyggnationen av kontoret utgörs av två sammanbyggda, förskjutna byggnadsvolymer som omfattar ett källarplan, sex kontorsplan och ett vindsplan. Projektet omfattar också nybyggnation av parkeringshus med 312 platser, inkl. RHP-platser och tillhörande markarbeten. BTA är ca 10 300 kvm
