Description
Prequalification for the coming procurement of telephony services for the defence sector Defence Materiel Agency invites tenderers to prequalification for a coming procurement of telephony services for the defence sector. The procurement includes the following areas: Mobile and landline communication platforms and integrations Administration and Self-Service Infrastructure and Technical Operation Coverage Improvement (outdoor and indoor) The services shall support digitalisation of work processes and be technically and operatively robust in stand-by, crisis and war. Tenderers shall be able to adapt the services to changes in volume and needs, including an increased number of users and geographical expansion as a result of the Norwegian Armed Forces long-term plan. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer, who shall cover the need for secure and stable telephony services in the sector. Tenderers wishing to participate in the prequalification must document technical and professional qualifications, financial capacity, as well as the ability to deliver in accordance with the requirements in the qualification documentation.
