Description
Framework agreements for the procurement and maintenance of a mobile fuel distribution and storage system as further described in the invitation.-ESPD Rejection Reasons and ESPD qualification requirements will not apply as the procurement is regulated by the Procurement Act and the Regulations on Defence and Security Procurements and not the Procurement Regulations. See the invitation to prequalification for which qualification requirements and rejection reasons apply and for further information on the procurement as such.
