Description
Framework agreements for the procurement and maintenance of mobile fuel distribution and storage systems as further described in the invitation.-- Note, ESPD Rejection grounds and ESPD qualification requirements will not apply as such to the procurement as it is regulated by the defence and sercurity procurement regulations (implementing 2009/81/EC) and the Norwegian Procurement Act. See the invitation to prequalification for which qualification requirements and rejection reasons apply and for further information on the procurement as such.
