Description
SMARTPLY Europe DAC is looking to engage with industrial cleaning contractors for ongoing cleaning services for the Press, the Wesps, and the Blenders. The cleaning services required involve physically demanding labour and will be conducted in a hot, dusty, and noisy environment. These cleaning services are essential to ensuring the plant can follow an almost 24/7 production schedule. The Press, Wesps, and the Blenders will require their respective cleaning tasks to be completed on a monthly basis and will be scheduled for production downdays and annual maintenance shutdowns where possible, however, unscheduled services may also be required at short notice. A cleaning team of 11 members will typically be required to complete the tasks. The annual maintenance shutdowns are usually 10 days in duration and additional support and cleaning crew members may be required during this period. The cleaning tasks for each of the Press, Wesps, and Blenders will be completed separately with each task requiring their own specific Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) to be signed.
