Le présent accord-cadre multiattributaires à marchés subséquents a pour objet de confier aux attributaires des missions d'assistance technique, financière, administrative et environnementale à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour le montage et le suivi de l'exécution de marchés de conception-réalisation pour la réalisation d'opérations principalement de réhabilitation en milieu occupé. La procédure se déroule en deux tours : - Phase n°1 : sélection des candidatures admises pour la phase offre ; - Phase n°2 : sélection des attributaires de l'accord-cadre. Cf.
