Le présent marché public a pour objet la mission d'assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage pour la valorisation des CEE. 13 Habitat a la qualité d'éligible au sens de l'article L221-7 du Code de l'énergie. Les prestations portent sur : - L'accompagnement et le conseil pour la valorisation d'actions d'efficacité énergétique au profit de 13 Habitat, - La gestion des dossiers de demande de CEE et leur dépôt auprès du PNCEE, - La vente des CEE. Prévision entre 40 et 70 opération par an
