Description
La présente consultation porte sur la réalisation de travaux de câblage (cuivre et fibre optique), équipements (caméras, ponts radio, switchs durcis, switchs coeur de réseau et distribution) et outils logiciels de vidéoprotection, et services (dont maintenance préventive et curative, formation, hotline, études, interventions) nécessaires au développement des systèmes d'informations de la Ville de Carcassonne. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre de type à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum (150 000 euros HT pour chaque période de deux ans) conclu avec un opérateur économique unique. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lot. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'une durée de deux ans à compter du 1er janvier 2025 jusqu'au 31 décembre2026. L'accord-cadre pourra ensuite être tacitement reconduit, sauf dénonciation expresse pour une nouvelle période de deux ans, en 2027 et 2028. En outre, il pourra être reconduit de manière anticipée en cas d'atteinte du montant maximum au cours de la période initiale.
