La consultation est décomposée en deux tranches : -Tranche ferme : Location d'une patinoire Place Carnot pour les festivités de Noël 2024 et 2025 -Tranche conditionnelle : Location d'une patinoire Place Carnot pour les festivités de Noël 2026 La Ville aura également la possibilité d'émettre des bons de commandes en cours de marché sur la base de devis et des catalogues des fournisseurs pour la location d'accessoires et éléments complémentaires nécessaires à la bonne exploitation de la patinoire.
