Käesoleva hankemenetluse eesmärk on leida laialdase rahvusvahelise kogemusega pakkuja, kes hankijaga koostöös tooks rahvusvaheliselt kõrgel tasemel kandidaadid konkureerima kahele professori positsioonile arvutiteaduse instituudis: programmeerimiskeelte professor ja küberkaitse professor. Hanketeates märgitud lepingu sõlmimise algusaeg on eelduslik ja pole õiguslikult siduv.
