Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on täielikult integreeritud hüperspektraalkaameraga lidar-valmidusega drooni ostmine vastavalt HD lisas 1 esitatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Lepingu täitmise tähtaeg on hiljemalt 2 (kaks) kuud pärast hankelepingu sõlmimist.
