Hankelepingu esemeks on konverentsi „XI Tartu Planeerimiskonverents 2026“ korraldamiseks ruumide rentimine, toitlustuse tellimine ja virtuaallahenduse tehnilise teostuse tellimine asukohaga Tartus. Eeldatav osalejate arv on 500 inimest. Üritus on korraldatud projektist "Ülikoolide koostöö doktoriõppe edendamisel“ (2021-2027.4.04.24-0003), mida kaasrahastab Euroopa Liit.
