Hankelepingu esemeks on rekonstrueerida aadressil Kaarli pst 3, Tallinn, asuv Tartu Ülikooli õigusteaduskonna õppehoone vastavalt projektdokumentatsioonile. Hankelepingu täitmise tähtaeg on hiljemalt 18 (kaheksateist) kuud hankelepingu sõlmimisest.
