Description
Le cahier des charges définit des spécifications des matériaux et produits ainsi que les conditions de fourniture, de transport et de pose de barrières de sécurité (contre les sorties accidentelles de chaussée), métalliques, bois et mixte métal bois sur les accotements et les terre-pleins centraux du réseau routier départemental. La procédure de passation est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec un seuil minimum de 500 000 euro(s) HT et un seuil maximum de 2 000 000 euro(s) HT est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il fixe les conditions d'exécution des prestations et s'exécute au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
