Description
La ville de Carcassonne souhaite acquérir une cabine de lavage destinée à équiper sa cuisine centrale en vue de la mise en place de bacs gastronormes en inox dans les restaurants scolaires. L'objectif est de répondre aux dispositions de la loi EGALIM visant à supprimer tout plastique à usage unique dans les cantines. Le fournisseur de la cabine de lavage assure la maintenance pendant 10 ans.
